(2) December deep clean — detailed removal including accessible beds. (3) Final January cleanup — complete removal of every leaf we can reasonably reach. Premium upgrade also available for that showroom look every single visit.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled mowing day?

We monitor weather carefully and may adjust timing within your week as needed. We make every effort to stay on your regular schedule and will mow earlier or later in the week based on conditions. You have a scheduled window each week and our crews work through Richmond's seasonal weather to keep things consistent.

How do I prepare my yard before your crew arrives?

Just three things: pick up hoses, toys, and pet waste from grass areas. Keep pets and children inside during your mowing window. Make sure any irrigation heads, in-ground wires, or drain covers are properly installed — we're not responsible for shallow or improperly placed items that may be struck during mowing.
